Privacy Policy
This policy covers Stakeholder Service Group LLC ("we," "us," or "the company") and every brand we operate. A current list of brands is at stakeholderservicegroup.com/brands.html. It applies to this website, each brand's website, and the phone numbers and text messaging services those brands use. It explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you call a brand. Your phone number, the date and time of the call, the number you dialed, and a recording and transcript of the call. Calls may be answered by an automated voice assistant, and you are told this at the start of the call.
When you text a brand. Your phone number, the content of your messages, and any photos you send so we can give you a price range.
When you request service. Your name, service address, a description of the problem, and your preferred arrival window.
When you visit a website. Standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you. We may use privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
We do not collect payment card information. The licensed business that performs your work bills you directly.
2. How we use it
- To answer your call or text and give you a price range.
- To schedule the work and send confirmations, arrival windows, and reminders.
- To follow up when we missed your call or when a request was left open.
- To pass your request to the licensed local business that will perform the work.
- To keep our published price ranges accurate.
- To train staff, improve our answering service, and maintain records of the requests we handle.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
3. Text messaging
When you call or text one of our brands, you may receive text messages from that brand about your request: confirmations, price ranges, arrival windows, and a follow-up if we missed your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are used only to communicate with you about your request. The only sharing of your number is with the licensed business assigned to perform your work, as described in section 4, and with the service providers that deliver our messages.
To stop receiving texts from a brand, reply STOP to any message from that brand. You will get one final message confirming you have been opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@stakeholderservicegroup.com. After you opt out, we keep your number on an internal do-not-text list so that we honor your request.
4. Who we share it with
The business that does the work. We share your name, phone number, service address, problem description, photos, and scheduling details with the licensed, insured local business assigned to perform the work under the brand you contacted. That business uses the information to perform and bill the work and is responsible for its own handling of it.
Service providers. Companies that host our websites, route our calls, deliver our text messages, store our records, and run our answering and scheduling software. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company, our customers, or others.
Business transfer. If a brand or the company is sold or merged, customer records for that brand may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Call recordings and message history are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, then deleted, unless we need them longer for a dispute, a legal requirement, or an open request. Opt-out records are kept as long as needed to honor your opt-out. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
6. Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Calls: tell us on the call, or email us, and we will not call you back.
- Access or deletion: email support@stakeholderservicegroup.com from any address, include the phone number you used, and we will send you what we hold about you or delete it. We may keep records we are required to keep by law.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have rights under a state privacy law (such as the Colorado Privacy Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act) to access, correct, and delete personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We honor those rights for everyone, wherever you live. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email the address above. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
7. Security
We limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it, and we use reputable providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
8. Children
Our services are for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
